fields commented but templated

Added smart field exposure logic for Helm charts that mirrors operator intent:

- **Operator-specific fields** (env, args, envOverrides) only appear when defined in kustomize
- **Optional Kubernetes fields** (strategy, priorityClassName, topologySpreadConstraints, terminationGracePeriodSeconds, imagePullSecrets) are commented unless found in kustomize, but always have template conditionals
- Users can now uncomment optional fields in values.yaml without regenerating the chart
- Standard Helm knobs (replicas, image, affinity, nodeSelector, tolerations) always exposed
