fix: remove redundant @var tags causing PHPStan varTag.misplaced in CI

CI Larastan flags @var string/@var array above properties that are
already typed in Eloquent parent class. Removed from Vote, CivicWallet,
HDWallet, Thread, Post, Proposal models. Kept typed array annotations
in User.php which PHPStan actually needs.
