Rename MCPOIDCConfig condition type from Valid to Ready per RFC-0023 (#4490)

RFC-0023 specifies `type: Ready` with reasons `ConfigValid`/`ConfigInvalid`
for shared config resources. The initial MCPOIDCConfig controller used
`type: Valid` with `ValidationSucceeded`/`ValidationFailed` instead.

Define `ConditionTypeOIDCConfigReady`, `ConditionReasonOIDCConfigValid`,
and `ConditionReasonOIDCConfigInvalid` constants in mcpoidcconfig_types.go
and replace all raw string usages in the writer (mcpoidcconfig_controller),
readers (mcpserver_controller), and tests.
