Design study section from lang-api

Made a new serializer for study questions. The study views are now really simple,
and they hit the API via an ajax request. I reconfigured the study template to
be more inline with the current modeling.

Changed all API views to be readonly views and set proper permission classes on
them.

Added a M2M field on users so they can have an approved group to edit along with
the Group "Word Editors" Added some logic to the dispatch of Define view to check

Fixed sentences to save audio files not as slugs but as sentence word-id.mp3 in
order to stop an error of 100+ character sentences.

Fixed some superfluous slashes that were being added to audiofile names
