ci: only fail on pod restarts caused by panic or SIGSEGV (#6506) (#6568)

* ci: only fail on pod restarts caused by panic or SIGSEGV

Pod restarts during CI may occur due to timing issues such as
ovn-central not being fully ready. These benign restarts should not
cause CI failures. Change the crash check script to only report
failure when the previous container logs contain panic or SIGSEGV,
which indicate actual crashes that need investigation.





* ci: address review feedback for crash check script

- Use printf instead of echo for log output to avoid mangling
  content starting with -n/-e
- Also check lastState.terminated.signal (11) and exitCode (139)
  to catch SIGSEGV crashes that may not appear in logs
