Fix narrowing conversion warnings in display constructors

Use unsigned literal suffixes (0U, 400000U) and static_cast<uint32_t>
for frequency default values in SPI and I2C display constructors. This
prevents narrowing conversion warnings/errors on strict compilers
when using brace-initialization for SPlatformI2cConfig and
SPlatformSpiConfig.

Applied to code generator templates so all display controllers are
updated consistently.
