test(params): add combined multi-error + success forced parameter test

Expand test_multiple_forced_param_errors_collected to interleave
failing and succeeding forced parameters, asserting that:
1. All successful parameters are stored in forced_parameters
2. All error messages are collected and newline-separated

Addresses Copilot review comment on PR #1441.
