Fix specifications and linked-list library (#127)

* Update linked list prelude

* Convert `stringify` to `str`

* Update prelude to use `repr` instead of `stringify`

* Add `repr` to specs

* Set `repr(...)` to run in `O(n)`

* Change `get_time` to `time_time`

* Update `print` and `error`

* Remove `char_at` and `parse_int`

* Update `is_bool` to `is_boolean`

* Added `repr` to `misc.js`

* Add missing functions

* Make Gemini's changes
