Speed up appveyor builds (#279)

* Update coverage workflow to use vcpkg

* Always get latest terminal++ in CI

* Add coverage exclusion for vcpkg directories

* Restore terminalpp version

* Delete fetch_system_dependencies.sh

* Update .appveyor.yml

* Remove all stray references to libfmt, which is no longer required

* Upgrade appveyor script

* Exclude .ext from the coverage build

* Manually assign the terminalpp version in the appveyor script
