feat: v0.13.0 — People, Orgs & Reference Data (#21)

* feat: v0.13.0 — Users, Vendors, ContractorProfiles, DeliveryMethods, TypesOfWork

Add five new resources covering people, organizations, and reference data:
- Printavo::User (all, find)
- Printavo::Vendor (all, find) — read-only
- Printavo::ContractorProfile (all, find)
- Printavo::DeliveryMethod (all, find, create, update, archive)
- Printavo::TypeOfWork (all)

Includes 5 models, 5 resources, 11 .graphql files, 10 spec files,
spec/support/factories/people.rb factory, and client entry points.
