fix: UTXO endpoint accepts addresses[] param, no xpub required

The send flow passes sender address directly, not xpub. Fixed the
/api/mars-utxo-multi endpoint to accept addresses[] and use
BlockchainRpc::getUtxosForTx() for direct marscoind UTXO selection.
Falls back to Pebas only if xpub is provided.

Also fixed the client URL to not pass empty xpub= param.
