fix: add multi-wallet decrypt to FIRST unlock path

The hd.blade.php has two unlock flows. Only the second had the
multi-wallet decrypt that stores _allMnemonics in localStorage.
The first path (password-based unlock) was missing it, causing
0 stored mnemonics on the Bridge page.

Now both paths decrypt all wallet seeds with both PBKDF2 rounds.
