* feat(provider): support injected request headers

* docs(changelog): align 0.9.0 release notes

* (lint) fix lint error

* feat(lab/group): adapt permissions for new CML schemas

- migrate lab/group permission handling to support backend association model
- update provider logic to write lab permissions via group associations
- rehydrate legacy `groups` state on lab read for compatibility
- bump gocmlclient dependency to v0.2.4
- clarify group permission docs for legacy vs. newer CML versions
- fix and refactor related schema/model conversions and tests
- update GitHub Actions workflow and changelog for enhancements
