* feat: v0.9.0 — Merch, Products, PricingMatrices, and Categories (#17)

Adds 5 read-only resources with models, GraphQL queries, specs, and factories:
MerchStores, MerchOrders, Products, PricingMatrices, Categories.
386 examples, 0 failures, 100% line coverage.

* upgraded printavo-ruby 0.9.0 (was 0.8.0)

* chore: alphabetize requires in lib/printavo.rb

Models and resources groups had items out of alphabetical order. Sort
all requires within each group, respecting the only true load-order
constraints: faraday before faraday/retry, models/base and
resources/base first in their groups, errors before graphql_client,
version first, client last.
