Improve BenchmarkText_howManyRunesFit_xxx

1. Run a dummy measurement of a chinese rune before the benchmark starts
   to make sure that the time for loading the font isn't included in the
   benchmark run.
2. Reset the timer after the fonts were loaded.
3. Use painter.MeasurerString as measurer to make sure the benchmarks
   don't measure the query of cached string measurements.
