    framework overview, and links to all guides
  - docs/plugin-authoring-guide.md: register(ctx) contract, tool registration
    (mutates=, deriva_call(), audit events), credential access patterns
    (get_catalog / get_hatrac_store / get_request_credential), lifecycle hooks
    (on_catalog_connect, on_schema_change), background tasks and credential
    re-exchange, RAG extension (ctx.rag_source(), index_table_data(),
    RowSerializer), testing fixtures and import patterns
  - docs/deployment-guide.md: Docker Compose (deriva-docker), standalone
    Docker, VM/bare metal (reverse proxy configs for Traefik/Apache/nginx,
    systemd unit), ChromaDB vs pgvector selection, logging/audit event
    reference, TLS/CA setup, MCP client configuration for Claude Desktop,
    Claude Code, VS Code (stdio), and generic RFC 9728 clients
  - docs/usage-guide.md: natural language prompt examples for all tool
    categories (schema exploration, entity CRUD, queries, annotations, DDL,
