feat: decrypt ALL wallet seeds during unlock, store all mnemonics

During wallet unlock in The Vault (hd.blade.php), now decrypts every
wallet seed with both 100k-round and 1-round PBKDF2. All unique
mnemonics are stored in localStorage as _allMnemonics JSON array.

The Bridge (hd-open.blade.php) reads stored mnemonics and scans
addresses from each one — no password hashes needed, just the
pre-decrypted mnemonics.

This finds legacy HD wallets created with different seed phrases
and/or legacy encryption, showing them with "Legacy" badge.
