fix: persist password hashes in localStorage for multi-wallet discovery

The wallet unlock happens on a different page load than discovery.
By the time multi-wallet runs, the password is gone. Now stores
both 100k-round and 1-round PBKDF2 hashes in localStorage during
unlock, so they survive page navigation.
