feat: multi-wallet discovery — decrypt all seeds with both PBKDF2 rounds

Users may have multiple wallets encrypted with different mnemonics AND
different PBKDF2 round counts (100,000 current vs 1 legacy). Discovery
now:

1. Controller passes all wallet encrypted seeds to the view
2. After primary mnemonic discovery, tries decrypting each other
   wallet seed with both 100k-round and 1-round PBKDF2
3. If a different mnemonic is found, derives addresses from it
4. Scans those addresses against marscoind via scantxoutset
5. Adds any found funds to the discovery results

Fixes: HD wallets created during the legacy 1-round PBKDF2 era were
invisible because the app only decrypted the civic wallet seed.

Also cleaned up test pages (bip32-compare, mnemonic-test, etc).
