* docs: fix 24 spec drift findings from maintenance audit

Update design, validation, and requirements docs to match
implemented code for gateway (GW-1306/1307/1308), node (ND-1015/1016),
modem (MD-0504/0505/0506), protocol, and hardware.

Addresses: F-001 through F-004, F-006, F-007, F-009 through F-020,
F-026 through F-029

- protocol-crate-validation.md: fix test count (92→59), correct
  SendFrame variant shape, add BLE/Unknown variants to T-P082,

- gateway-requirements.md: WARN→ERROR for non-zero handler exits,
  fix AC2 to reference program_hash (hex) not pattern
- gateway-design.md: WARN→ERROR in handler-exited log level table
- modem-design.md: align MD-0506 diagnostic fields with implementation
- modem-validation.md: align T-0710/T-0711 assertions with actual logs

* fix: correct file-sink log path in T-1306a

The validation test expected `test.db.log` but `PathBuf::set_extension`
produces `test.log` from `test.db`. Updated to match the implementation.
