Fix and improve weights handling in ``lsapy.aggregate`` (#122)

### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Fix ``lsapy.aggregate.aggregate`` function for ``mean`` and ``gmean`` aggregation when weights are provided.
* ``lsapy.aggregate._agg_weights`` has been modified to return a ``xr.DataArray`` where weights are distrubted only along the ``variable`` dimension
