feat(expr): add support for boolean, number, bigint, symbol, and function types in anyValueToString

This change extends ExprEvaluator.anyValueToString to explicitly handle
boolean, number, bigint, symbol, and function types using String() conversion.
This resolves a TODO in the codebase and ensures robust stringification
for these types in expression evaluation.
