fix[watcher]: Ignore ephemeral dir errors

Temporary directories (e.g. .git/objects/tmp_obj_*) can disappear
before the watcher can lstat them, causing a fatal error that kills
Templier. Handle fs.ErrNotExist for directory Create events the same
way it's already handled for file events.
