feat: v0.5.1 — extract GraphQL files and add frozen string literals (#12)

- Move 17 GraphQL heredoc constants from 5 resource files into external
  .graphql files under lib/printavo/graphql/<resource>/<operation>.graphql
- Load each constant via File.read at class definition time (.freeze preserved)
- Add # frozen_string_literal: true to all 39 .rb files in lib/ and spec/
- Autocorrect follow-on RuboCop offenses (EmptyLineAfterMagicComment,
  RedundantFreeze on now-immutable string literals)

All 165 specs pass, 100% coverage, 0 RuboCop offenses.
