fix: migrate to json-schema-faker v0.6.0 async API

- Replace JSONSchemaFaker class with named exports (generate, JsonSchema)
- Make random(), randomLegacy(), and randomFromSchema() async
- Pass options per-call instead of global state
- Drop failOnInvalidFormat (removed from v0.6.0)
- Update type definitions to use MaybePromise for random methods
- Update tests to await async methods
