fix[gen]: auth-only stream with path params

The auth-only stream branch wrote path parameters like `{id}`
literally into the data-init SSE URL instead of dynamically
interpolating them via writeStreamPathSegments.
At runtime, the browser would try to open an SSE connection
to e.g. `/tik/{id}/_$/` which would always 404.
