refactor: remove type annotations, dynamic provider names, and class-based tests

*3 Remove all type annotations from api.py, ext.py, contrib/api.py,
  utils.py, and all provider modules
* Move provider name constants out of config.py; define each provider's
  name as a class attribute (name = "bnf" etc.) — single source of truth
* Move _load_provider_constants from config.py to ext.py using the
  Invenio entry-point pattern; init_config checks key existence so an
  explicit empty providers list is preserved
* Make RERO_INVENIO_THUMBNAILS_MIN_IMAGE_DIMENSION readable from app
  config at call time instead of import time
* Remove pytest detection from utils.py; disable retries in tests via
  RERO_THUMBNAILS_DISABLE_RETRIES=1 set in conftest.py
* Rewrite all test files as plain functions (no classes), following
  rero-ils style
* Add tests/test_views.py with dedicated view tests reaching 100%
  coverage of views.py, including the max_age=0 and exception branches
