Commit Message

Remove inflight operations from auto bump (#4146)

inflight operations is still WIP, and they don't have a stable release
process. The lack of github releases breaks the auto-bump script.

This PR temporary removes inflight operations from the auto-bump script,
until we'll have github releases for it.
