fix endianness detection, old-format alignment, and SaveAs error handling

- Default to NativeEndian instead of BigEndian for auto-detection, fixing
  failures when NLibs is a multiple of 256 on little-endian systems
- Add ALIGN_CACHE (8-byte alignment) to old-format offset computation,
  fixing combined old+new format files with odd nlibs count
- Use int64 for old-format offset to prevent overflow on 32-bit platforms
- Capture fp.Close() error in SaveAs instead of silently discarding it
- Use entryLength instead of hardcoded 24 in Entry.Bytes()
