Fixes for v1.0.1 (#30)

* removed pixel origin from coordinate to pixel conversions

* hard-coded morecantile corner and point of origin;added axis orientation dependend tile iteration

* added class repr and str methods

* added sampling to tiling string; added str and repr for all projected geometries

* overwritten morecantiles children function to ensure a sorted generator

* fixed bug in _children function
