Commit Message

ci: add integration test job

Adds a third CI job that runs the rexpect workflow tests against the real
Elixir engine. The job sets up both Elixir/OTP and Rust, compiles the
umbrella app, builds the Rust CLI, writes the `mix run` dev wrapper next
to the binary, then runs `cargo test --test workflow`.

Cargo and Mix dep caches use separate keys from the existing jobs to
avoid sharing artefacts built with different profiles or tooling.
