fix: guard makeFingerprint in isCertificateTrusted
against invalid DER data

wrap the makeFingerprint() call with a try/catch so
that malformed certificates (e.g. non-DER buffers)
return "BadCertificateInvalid" instead of throwing
an unhandled "block length exceeds buffer length"
error from split_der().
