* Introduce gitattributes for cross-platform editing

* fix: default construction of graphics attributes

* Add transitive dependencies to CMake package config

* Generated files now generated in binary directory

* Adapt CI to use vcpkg

* No codacy in fork-prs because secrets aren't available

* Avoid use of the secret in the CI script
