improve test coverage from 67% to 74%

Add tests for tss package (20% → 59%), crypto/ecpoint (34% → 84%),
crypto/dlnproof (0% → 85%), common (69% → 78%), ecdsatss (0% → 2%),
and crypto/utils. Also fix bug where NewJsonExpect did not assign
the callback function.
