feat: propagate ProxyJump IdentityFile when importing ssh_config

When a ProxyJump target alias has IdentityFile set, the imported profile
now gets jumpAuthType=pubkey and jumpPrivateKeyName=<basename>, matching
the same UX as the main host identity file handling.
