fix(repo): bump version to 2.3.5 and update formatting

This commit updates all Gestalt package versions to 2.3.5 and improves formatting and solution configuration for consistency and maintainability.

- Bump version numbers in all Gestalt projects from 2.3.4 to 2.3.5
- Reformat Directory.Build.props to use tabs instead of spaces
- Reformat Gestalt.ASPNet.csproj for improved readability (no logic changes)
- Update Gestalt.sln to Visual Studio 18 and add Directory.Build.props to Solution Items

No functional changes are included in this commit.
