feat(verify): Auto-detect cargo test and pytest output formats (REQ-VERIFY-003)

rtmx verify --command now parses three test output formats:
- Go test JSON (existing)
- cargo test: "test tests::name ... ok/FAILED/ignored"
- pytest: "path.py::test_name PASSED/FAILED/SKIPPED"

Format is auto-detected per line, so mixed output works.
Enables: rtmx verify --command "cargo test --workspace" --update

Tested with mock cargo test script producing pass/fail/ignored results.
