Tests: add algebraUtils resolveIRI and isTriple coverage

- Cover resolveIRI: absolute IRI passthrough, empty IRI, relative with
  no base (throws), query string, and root-relative resolution
- Cover isTriple: truthy for full triple, falsy for partial/empty objects
