* feat(cli): Application instances with bash and fish completions out of the box

* feat(cli): consolidate completion switches into single --completions option

Replace separate --bash-completion and --fish-completion switches
with a single --completions option that takes a shell argument (bash|fish).
This makes the interface more extensible for additional shells and
follows common CLI patterns.

Also:
- Replace ShowBashCompletion/ShowFishCompletion with ShowCompletion
- Consolidate completion script generation methods
- Update tests to reflect new syntax
- Modify autocomplete() to handle bash completion via env vars only
- Fish completion now triggered via the --completions switch
