feat: add -F/--fixed-strings and -E/--extended-regexp flags

-F treats the pattern as a literal string (no regex interpretation),
matching grep/rg convention. -E forces pure regex with no literal
fallback and exits nonzero on invalid regex. Default behavior
(try regex, fall back to literal) is unchanged.
