* docs: round 2 specification audits — all 5 components × 3 audit types

Full audit sweep of the sonde specification stack after the issue
backlog cleanup (issues #444–#516). 15 audit reports covering:

- Modem: 8 trifecta + code 94% + test 70%
- Protocol: 11 trifecta + code 78% + test 100%
- Node: 15 trifecta + code 94% + test 79%
- Gateway: 10 trifecta + code 94.5% + test 86%
- Pairing: 6 trifecta + code 75% + test 76%

* fix: correct requirement and test-case counts across round 2 audit reports

Update stated requirement totals and derived percentages to match the
current requirement indexes in the specification documents:

- gateway: 58 -> 83 requirements (Appendix A in \gateway-requirements.md\)
- modem: 35 -> 40 active requirements (excluding superseded MD-0406)
- node: 51 -> 73 requirements (ND-0100 through ND-1012)
- protocol tests: 48 -> 62 enumerated test cases (T-P001 through T-P071)
- protocol trifecta: 60 -> 62 enumerated (discrepancy with claimed 66 is now 4, not 6)
