fix: Wrap useSearchParams in Suspense on /join page

Next.js 16 requires components calling useSearchParams() to be wrapped
in a Suspense boundary for static prerendering. Extracted the page logic
into JoinContent and wrapped it in Suspense to satisfy the constraint.
