* docs(blog): add March 2026 monthly update

Summarize March releases (v5.1.2–v5.1.4), roadmap-themed features, expanded
communications documentation, and bug fixes. Note that more communications
docs are planned beyond March, with a link to the communications section.

* docs(blog): restructure March 2026 monthly update for readability

Group Features into clearer sections (Spaces/AI, messaging/scheduling/billing,
scheduling operations, platform, developer experience). Consolidate Documentation
into three buckets; simplify Bug Fixes to Server vs Clinical/UI. Remove dangling
credits and duplicate avatar blocks.

only in Bug Fixes. Omit external-only feature lines outside that section.

* docs(blog): polish March 2026 update intro and attribution

Rewrite intro to be more narrative and specific to March rather than
following the same formula as prior months. Add avatar blocks for Matt
Willer and Derrick Farris in Platform/Infrastructure so their contributions
get proper attribution alongside bullets. Tighten Developer Experience list.
