lace-platform: Add support for BIOS

This is made up of multiple parts:
  1. Two stage BIOS boot sector that loads the 64-bit application from a
     GPT BIOS boot partition.
  2. Applications running in 64-bit long mode that access the BIOS via an
     assembler mode switching trampoline.

Currently the 64-bit code is loaded at 0x10000 in physical memory for
ease of implementation, but this limits us to around ~450k of code, thus
only release builds of BIOS applications work at the moment.
