fix: preserve "nanodash.net" in pubkey location name instead of stripping to "net"

The regex in getPubkeyLocationName stripped the "nanodash." prefix unconditionally,
which broke domains where "nanodash" is the domain itself (nanodash.net) rather than
a subdomain prefix (nanodash.knowledgepixels.com). Add a lookahead so the prefix is
only stripped when a dotted domain remains after it.
