Ci/coveralls token (#29)

* ci: use dedicated COVERALLS_REPO_TOKEN secret for coverage uploads

Switch from GITHUB_TOKEN to a dedicated coveralls repo token so the
coveralls CLI can authenticate and the badge shows actual coverage.

* ci: fix coveralls — wrong tox factor, missing finish job auth

Root cause: tox.ini used `coveralls:` factor prefix on the coveralls
command, but the tox env factor is `coverage` (from py3.10-coverage).
The command never ran, silently hidden by the `-` error suppression.

- Fix tox factor: `coveralls: coveralls` → `coverage: coveralls`
- Remove `-` prefix so upload errors are visible in CI logs
- Add github-token to finish job's coverallsapp/github-action
- Remove invalid `coveralls-token` input from finish job
- Update stale comment about .coveralls.yml (we use env vars now)
