feat: add password and public key auth in addition to Vault cert auth

- Backend: sshconn/dialer dispatches on auth_type (vault/password/pubkey)
- Backend: connect handler skips Vault for password/pubkey auth
- Frontend: AuthType type added to Profile and HistoryEntry
- Frontend: auth type selector (Vault/Password/Public Key) in ConnectForm and NewConnectionOverlay
- Frontend: password field and private key textarea+upload shown conditionally
- Frontend: auth type persisted per profile and history entry; pre-selected on load
- Password and private key are never stored in localStorage
