SEC-001: Source hash attestation + optional runner signature
SEC-002: Ed25519 message signing with peer trust config (not transport-layer)
SEC-003: Grant enforcement in ApplyUpdates with optional grant (not server-side)

All three designs align with fully decentralized architecture where
every node independently validates integrity. No centralized server
assumed.
