* Update PHP CS Fixer version and streamline environment variable usage

Bumped PHP CS Fixer to version ^3.84 in composer.json and removed deprecated `PHP_CS_FIXER_IGNORE_ENV` usage in scripts and workflows for cleaner configuration.

* Refactor: Replace string-based serialization type with `SerializeTypeEnum` and enhance type safety across the codebase.

* ci: add PHP 8.5 to CI workflow and remove version from composer.json

* ci: reorder composer.lock check in workflow

* refactor(tests): remove unused `SerializerFactory` import in `ServiceProviderTest`

* fix: improve type safety and simplify `Storage` method calls in `ServiceProvider`
