* docs: add end-to-end deployment SOP

Step-by-step procedure covering firmware flashing, gateway startup,
node registration (manual + BLE pairing), BPF program compilation
and deployment, handler configuration, and verification.

Includes troubleshooting table and production vs. verbose firmware
guidance.

- Remove manual PSK/key_hint registration; show only BLE pairing flow
- Remove \--handler-config\ from step 4 (file not created until step 8)
- Add explicit gateway restart command in step 8 with \--handler-config\
- Fix gateway log sequence: \session created\ → \WAKE received\ → \COMMAND selected\
- Fix gateway log format to match tracing structured fields (\attery_mv\, no colons)
- Fix node UART logs to match actual firmware output (ND-1002, ND-1007 tags,
  \WAKE sent\, \BPF execute\, \ntering deep sleep\)
- Update troubleshooting to reference BLE pairing (step 5) only
